SEMESTER SCHOLARSHIP
THE DEADLINE FOR each Fall SEMESTER SCHOLARSHIPS IS August 10th.

ALL students that graduate from Frontenac High School will receive a scholarship of $200 per semester for up to 4 years following their high school graduation, if they choose to continue on to obtain a post-secondary education. The only thing that students need to do to obtain this scholarship is to sign-up for the scholarship via the link below. Deadlines to sign-up will be posted per semester.
Please NOTE: Students are eligible for a total of 8 semester scholarships, paid during Fall and Spring semesters only. These 8 semester scholarships are ONLY available during the four school years immediately following high school graduation. Failure to sign up or not attending school during a semester, results in students forfeiting the scholarship for that semester.

SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP
About Service Scholarship
The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize students who have demonstrated extraordinary service to others and made a difference by volunteering. It is the desire of the Frontenac Education Foundation that through this recognition, students will inspire others to follow their example of service and volunteerism. The award will be given to deserving students as selected by the scholarship committee. Scholarships range from $500 – $1,500.

PAUL HUTSEY SCHOLARSHIP
About Paul Hutsey Scholarship
The Paul Hutsey Scholarship is awarded to the recipients of the KSHSAA Citizenship Award. The male and female recipients are selected by the teachers & announced at High School Graduation in May. The funds associated with this scholarship are given in Paul Hutsey’s name because of his strong belief in character education.

1. Respect
- Shows respect at all times for the Flag, our National Anthem & the Constitution
- Shows respect for the students and the citizens of the school and community
- Respects both public and private property
- Shows respect for the student and adult leaders in the school and community
- Demonstrates a tolerance and respect for the beliefs and rights of others
2. Responsibility
- Demonstrates the willingness to assume citizenship responsibilities in school and the community
- Works to build school pride through active participation in projects that publicize, honor or beautify the school
- Displays good sportsmanship whether as a participant or spectator
- Is friendly toward new students and encourages them to become involved in school activities
3. Reverence
- Shows reverence, concern and respect for the wellbeing of others
